Strategic Impact Summit

(You may fly home on Sunday or Monday. Those who fly home on Monday we will travel to Caballo de Piedra on Sunday)

We’re excited to host our first-ever Strategic Impact Summit this November. Riley, Jordan, and the H&H Board of Directors will join major investors in sustainable change in Honduras to further build our mission of sustainable, God-inspired, life-giving hope. 

We believe the time is right to step back together and ask a larger question: How can H&H thoughtfully expand this model to partner with more communities, deepen our impact, and build even more sustainable hope?

As an organization, H&H has reached a pivotal moment in its journey. What began as a bold idea has grown into a proven, hope-based, generational poverty-breaking model that is creating real opportunity and lasting change in the communities we serve. This progress is only possible because of the belief, generosity, and partnership of our core community.

To explore that question, we are bringing together a small group of trusted leaders, investors, and partners to:

  • Experience our current work firsthand

  • Spend meaningful time together in community

  • Reflect on where H&H has been and where it could go next

  • Begin shaping a shared vision for thoughtful, sustainable growth in the future

    • Welcome & introductions

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner at Hotel

Friday, November 13

  • 7:00 AM: Group Devotion & Discussion: Jordan

  • 7:30 AM: Group Breakfast

  • 8:45 AM: Depart for La Cuchilla

    • Visit Education, Houses, Chicken Business, & Clinic in 4 groups and discuss existing strategy.

  • 12:00 PM: Community Lunch

  • 2:00 PM: Home visits in 4 groups

  • 3:00 PM: Leave La Cuchilla

  • 5:00: Impact interview of Loany led by Daniel

    • 4 Workgroups lead by Riley, Jordan, Darwin, & Daniel

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner @ Munchers

Saturday, November 14

  • 7:00 AM: Group Devotion & Discussion: Riley

  • 7:30 AM: Group Breakfast

  • 8:30 AM: Depart for Agua Fria

    • 11:00 AM: Tour community to understand strategic objectives
